We offer a
magnificent option to visit the inca city of Cusco, the temple of
the sun Koricancha, our majestic Cathedral and its archeological
groups nearby. Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pukapukara, Tambomachay,you
will enjoy besides a complete day of trip to Machupicchu, a gorgeous
work of inca architecture and if it were little we will have the
opportunity to make a walk of adventure towards Choquequirao
considered as the last inca refugy that resisted for decades the
spaniard conquerors. It is located on the top of the canyon of the
Apurimac in a geographic strategic zone between the andean mountains
and the brow of the jungle.
Day 1 :
ARRIVAL TO CUSCO + VISIT TO THE CITY Assistance at your arrival
to Cusco and transfer to the selected hotel, interview with the
professional guide of the trip. Free time for resting and become
acclimatated to the height. At the afternoon tour in the city of
Cusco, visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the
Sun or Koricancha, then, we directo towards Saqsayhuaman (The Real
House of the Sun). Inside of this great complex, are located other
archeological complexes as Q enqo (Center of astronomic observation;
temple dedicated to the earth, Pukapukara (military center,
administrative and of watching), its function was the control of the
inca road. Tambomachay (Temple of the water and baths of the inca
that was a center of cult and adoration of the water. Then return to
their hostage.Overnight.
Day 2 : MACHU
PICCHU Early atthe morning transferto the train station in
Cuusco for a trip of three hours towards the citadel of Machupicchu
one of the more renamed examples of inca architecture, known as the
Lost City of the Incas Descending fromthe train in the station of
Aguas Calientes to take the bus that will take us in a tripof 30
minutes by a zigzaging road toward the marvelous citadel. At the
arrival guided tourto the citadel during 3 hours, free time for a
second tour or session of pphotos. At the afternoon descending by
bus to the train station of Aguas Calientes. Return by train to the
city of Cusco. Transfer to your hotel end of the tour.
Day 3 : CUSCO
CACHORA CHIQUISQA Pick up from the hotel 600 a.m. to start
the trip up to the town of Cachora in the journey we will stop a
momento to be able to appreciate from teh bus the archeological
remains of Tarawasi, to then continue up to the bridge of Cunyac
between the departmentos of Cusco and Apurimac, then we will pass
bythe district of Curahuasi and Saywite to finally arrive to Cachora
(10 approx.) from this place we will start our walking through a way
of soft slope to arrive to the path of Capuliyoc (2800 masl. And
place of our lunch then after two hours walking, then we direct
towards the place denominated Chiquisqa (1930 masl) in this place we
will have our first camping.
Day 4 :
CHIQUISQA PLAYA ROSALINA SANTA ROSA MARAMPATA CAMPAMENTO
INC. After the breakfast (5-00 a.m.) we willcontinue with our
walking with direction towards Playa Rosalinas (1550 masl.) to then
go up the slope very early with direction to Santa Rosa (2100 masl)
this journey is the most difficult which we will make in three hours
to then ascend up to Marampata, lunch (2850 masl) that is a softer
ascending, during this journey the whole way of the first day will
be appreciated and the vegetation that exists in this place we will
have our camping, the time of the walking is of an hour and a half
approximately 20 minutes to Choquequirao.
Day 5 :
CHOQUEQUIRAO ROSALINA - CHIQUISKA Very early after breakfasst
(5-00 a.m. we will direct to Choquequirao that is at 20minutes
walking to be able to receive the dawn of Choquequirao, this place
will be visited for three hours, accompanied always by the guide who
certainly will explain abouut this important inca refugy. At the
stated hour we will start the return to Marampata and start to
descend up to Santa Rosa place of our lunch, to then descend up to
Playa Rosalina that is a way of an hour, we will directo up to the
town ofChiquisqa, in this place we will camp.
Day 6 :
CHIQUISQA CAPULIYUC CACHORA QONOQ CUSCO. A good
breakfast will be served in Chaquisqa (6.00 a.m.) to return by the
same road to Cachora by the slope that was down the first day that
is softer with and ascending of two hours until arriving to
Capuliyoc from this place we will walk two hour more up to the town
of Cachora, that is a way much softer and we will be arriving 12-00
approx. In the journey we will appediate the exotic flora and fauna,
as well as views of imponent snowies and the astonishing canyon of
Apurimac. At the afternoon we will transfer to the medicinal warm
baths of Qonoq where we will rest for a space of an hour and
continue then to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive at 8:00
p.m.transfer to the hotel and end of our services.
Day 7 :
FAREWELL After breakfast in the hotel, we will transfer to the
airport during the day or bus station so that the customer continues
with its trip by our country.
